In one-to-one Coaching, Brian works with leaders at all levels, from those who are aspiring to take on Leadership roles all the way up to C-Suite members to develop and practice the mindset and skills necessary to win.

We can use Hogan 360 or Hogan Personality Assessments as diagnostic tools to help us gain additional insights. 

It's often the case as well that we will spend time with line managers and others for their inputs into the areas where they would wish you to focus to become a better leader.
